Just received a gift voucher and need ideas for how to use it?
The short of it is you can use your voucher to help you pay for any of our framing services - from photos to objects, paintings and prints. If you have a project in mind, this is a great time to get into it with a small discount from a loved one, but if you’re not sure how to use it, we’re here to help.
Photo printing and framing
If you have just recieved your voucher as a wedding present, a congratulations present, or just an I Love You present, we can always put more memories on the wall. Whether you one one larger photo, or several smaller ones, we can help you go from files to physical finished product. We have a large format printer on site, and many options to choose from for frames, both standard options and custom, to suit any budget. All frames are made from timber, so you know they will last.
Art Prints and Paintings
Do you have some art stashed away from your travels, or some walls to fill in your new home? Time to start filling the walls. Between the many print stores, galleries, and artists we have access to now with travelling and social media, many people have an idea of something they want on the wall.
Canvas Stretching
Any canvas paintings that you rolled up and brought back on your travels are really easy and relatively affordable to get up on the wall by stretching them. They don’t require another frame for aesthetics, or glazing, just a raw timber stretching bar that the canvas is wrapped around. You can of course add a frame around them, but this can also be done at a later date if you want to space out the cost a bit.
weird and wonderful objects
Have you ever looked at something special or interesting and thought ‘hmm, that could look cool on the wall’, say no more.
There are very few things we haven’t be able to put into an object frame before. From matchbox collections, war medals, guitars and cricket bats, to signed underwear (yes really) and dreadlocks (also yes really), we have seen pretty much everything.
These pieces can make for some of the more unique and special pieces on the wall, great for preserving memories whilst enjoying them every day.
The list literally goes on forever, 2m square crochet blanket, leather jackets, silk scarves, a full sized Korowai, signed UFC gloves, a rusted out revolver found buried in the ground for decades, an authentic Japanese Kimono, lace doilies, R18 cross-stitches, magazines, comic books, takeaway coffee cups (clean), a fighting kite, 60 year old stethoscope for a retiring doctor… bring us a challenge and we’ll get our creative sides working.
