Hello and Welcome to Elframo's Brand new Virtual Framer!

Here you can upload a photo directly from your computer and frame it with one of our frames, See what it will actually look like and then order it! We will digitally print your photo if it's of high enough resolution and inform you of all costs involved. We take pride in delivering the best framing service in Ponsonby! If you have a real photo you want framed and have scanned it in your computer we can arrange that too.

All this online and the dimensions you will see are to scale!

To get started We'd like to explain a few things which you may find useful. (These are like our terms and conditions and privacy notices)

1) All information collected by Elframo through our website is treated as 100% confidential. We will not pass nor sell your details to anyone else. We may use your contact information to contact you about any orders you have placed and you have the option of joining our mailing list if you feel like it. We will NEVER try to infiltrate your computer with Virii or malicious scripts, trojans or hacks. And therefore we cannot take responsibility or be liable for any charges for maintinence or problems with your personal computer, although we will help you to the best of our ability if you are having problems with the online service. Feel free to contact our web developer if you have further questions about security or our online practices used.

2) To achieve best results with digital photography, we recommend using photos of at least 3 Megapixels or higher (5 megapixels is better)and they are in focus with good lighting ;) If there is a problem with your photo, we'll contact you and talk about the different options available and you will not be charged if we dont print it. You can upload a small version of your photo to test our service quickly as depending on the speed of your internet connection it can sometimes take a few minutes to upload large photos.

3) We use advanced web programming techniques to display how your Photo and Frame will look before it gets printed. This requires an up to date web browser ( Internet explorer 5.5 or higher is recommended) and we do use Javascript. If you are having problems using our online service you are more then welcome to email us your photo and we can make a suggestion as to how best to frame it and email you back an example.
